Three Ingredient Bread
Ingredients
3 cups flour
1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
1/4 ounce instant or active dry yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water, 105 degrees F
Instructions
1. Place flour, salt and yeast in a large bowl. Then pour the warm water over the top. The. Use your dough whisk or wooden spatula, or hands to mix the mixture. The dough should be wet and sticky. Add more flour if it’s too sticky to handle.
2. Once the four is ok mixed together. Grab a dough cloth and cover the bowl for 2-8 hours. You can leave the bowl on the counter overnight. The longer you let it rise the better, up to 12hours.
